John Nee is a serial entrepreneur, Producer and media executive. Nee was Senior Vice President of DC Comics , where he oversaw video games, multiple publishing imprints, Strategic Initiatives, Licensed Publishing, and International. He is the co-founder and former CEO of Cryptozoic Entertainment a leading publisher of tabletop games and toy manufacturer. He is the co-founder of CCG Lab, a digital tabletop game company who are developing DC DualForce, a digital collectible card game based on the DC Comics Universe. He was Publisher of Marvel Comics, the world’s leading comic book publisher. Cryptozoic found success developing games based on popular properties, including Adventure Time, Rick and Morty, and The Walking Dead. These IPs have been used to publish card games, theoretical party games, Trading Cards, and Collectibles. He is the co-founder of WildStorm Productions with legendary comics artist, Jim Lee which was acquired by DC Comics. WildStorm was the 3rd largest publisher of comic books in North America behind Marvel Comics and DC Comics releasing a number of original titles such as: RED, League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, Ball and Chain, The Boys, Wynonna Earp and WildCATs.
