Delia C. Pitts is the author of the Ross Agency Mysteries, a contemporary noir series including Lost and Found in Harlem and Pauper and Prince in Harlem. Delia is a former university administrator and U.S. diplomat. After working as a journalist, she earned a Ph.D. From the University of Chicago. She is an active member of Sisters in Crime and Crime Writers of Color. Her next novel, featuring small town African American private investigator Vandy Myrick, will be published by Minotaur in 2024.
