In your request please include as much information as possible, including specific details about the work you wish to use, how it will be used, whether the use is a non-profit or educational use, and how you intend to publish and distribute the use when completed. If the intended use is in a performance, state the size of the venue, cost of admission, and whether any recording is planned. Please note: only recording for archival purposes is permitted.
